fitness program

Beginning March 1, the Chippewa Falls YMCA is leveling up with a new program called Specialty Fitness. Specialty Fitness will be an enhanced membership option that will offer targeted programming for participants. Consider it a step above group exercise classes as these classes will be more targeted in their programming, offer options to track your progress and best of all, you pay one fee and have access to all class opportunities.

Prior to COVID, our YMCA offered a lot of different specialty programming that required fees per class and set program times. Some of those classes will still be offered, but what will be different now is you or your family can pay one monthly fee and access any option under Specialty Fitness instead of one program at a time. See the schedule below of what we will begin offering in March. Some programs will be ongoing, some will run for a set number of weeks, and new options will be offered frequently to keep things fresh.

We’ll also have programs that will be held once a month that only you’ll have access to as a Specialty Fitness member. On March 6th, our one time program for the month will be a weight loss/gain 101 program with Les Welch. More details to follow.

While this is new and different, it’s really very simple:
