Well Done! Taking this step is a declaration against failure and frustration. We are excited to be on the journey of becoming STRONG together!

So how does this work? Each week we will provide you with a video, community resources and virtual resources to help you get engaged in the weekly theme. Pick activities that seem fun to you and don't forget to share your STRONG journey with us in our Facebook group.

Week 1 Theme: Goals

  • As we begin this STRONG journey together, our ongoing challenge will be to MOVE for 20 minutes a day, 5 days a week, for 6 weeks

Write your goals on the Strong Tracking Calendar  (download here or pick up at your closest YMCA) and post them in a prominent place in your home, somewhere that will remind you of your progress and commitment every day.

Next, find an accountability buddy or partner who will provide the motivation you’ll need for the next few weeks (this is a critical step).

Finally, join the Facebook Community Group (click here) and share your struggles, failures, and success with your new friends!

If you would like to receive motivation and encouraging texts during this 6-week challenge, text 'STRONG' to 833-962-2777.
