The program is designed to build athletic fundamentals such as strength, conditioning, speed, and agility, with a focus on injury prevention. AEP is great for all ability levels in any sport as we cater to each person’s strengths and weaknesses. Full teams are welcome.
You will be pushed to reach your full potential by experienced and certified strength and conditioning coaches.
