About the Role
Are you a passionate leader who believes in shaping the future—one child, one family, and one community at a time? The YMCA of the Chippewa Valley is seeking an enthusiastic and mission-driven Child Development Center Director to lead our high-quality childcare programs, including Infant–4K preschool, School Age Child Care, and Summer Day Camp.

Key Qualifications
Meets DCF 251.05 qualifications for directing a center serving 51+ children (required)
One year of management experience or approved coursework in business/program administration (required).
Registry certification or having the ability to obtain certification within 3 months (required).
Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills (required).
Ability to meet the physical demands of an active childcare setting (required).
CPR, AED, First Aid, Shaken Baby Syndrome, and Bloodborne Pathogens certifications (or willingness to obtain).
