LIVESTRONG® at the YMCA is a free 12-week evidence-based program, tailored to the specific needs of adult cancer survivors who would like to improve their quality of life before, during, and after treatment. We offer small group sessions to connect participants to other cancer survivors looking to reclaim their lives. Our certified instructors and personal trainers have undergone specialized training in the elements of cancer, rehabilitative exercise, and supportive cancer care. During the 12 weeks, instructors will guide participants in developing their own health and wellness program, including strength, cardiovascular endurance, balance,  and flexibility. After completing and submitting this form, the LIVESTRONG Program Coordinator will contact you with additional information and answer any additional questions. A  FREE one year family membership is included with this program.

Join us for Adult Basketball at the Downtown YMCA! This 5-on-5 league is a great way to stay active, compete, and enjoy organized basketball. Each team must have at least five players and may carry up to 12 players. Players may register as a complete team or individually. Individual registrants will be placed on an existing team when possible or combined with other individual registrants to form a team. If we are unable to place an individual registrant on a team, the registration fee will be refunded. Games are played Thursday evenings, with start times scheduled between 5:30 and 9:00 p.m. Nonmembers registering with a team must purchase the $15 Winter Play-In Fee. Individual registrants do not need to purchase a separate Play-In Fee. All registration payments are nonrefundable except when an individual registrant cannot be placed on a team. Our leagues promote connection, healthy competition, fair play, and sportsmanship in a welcoming environment.

LIVESTRONG® past participants are welcome to come together and enjoy open pickleball. This group is offered year-round on Mondays in the Eau Claire Downtown YMCA Hobbs Gym. This group comes together for fun, socialization, connection, and movement.
