Youth in Government

Winter 2026

The YMCA of the Chippewa Valley offers a Youth in Government Delegation for students in grades 7–12, focusing on leadership, critical thinking, and communication skills. Participants engage in hands-on activities to understand the legislative process, collaborate with peers, and practice public speaking in a supportive environment. The program concludes with a mock Model Government session to apply their newfound knowledge.
