May Update
THANK YOU!
We had over 3,500 attendees at our Healthy Kids Expo on April 6. A heartfelt thank you to
everyone who participated, especially the YMCA staff and volunteers who made the event a success.
Family Fun Zone Changes
As the weather warms up, we want to remind families that the Fun Zone will be available on Tuesdays and Fridays throughout May. The hours will remain the same: 9:00-11:30 AM. The last Fun Zone session will be on May 23rd.
Friday Family Night Changes
Our final Friday Family Night of the season will take place on May 16th from 5:00-9:00 PM. We look forward to welcoming you back in September.

YMCA Sports Center Summer Camp Orientation
The YMCA Sports Center will host an orientation for our Summer Camp Program. This is important for both new and returning families, so please make it a priority to attend. If you cannot make your scheduled time, please email Jalen at

Summer Sports Program Registration Now Open!
Choose from a variety of sports instructional programs starting the week of June 9th:

NEW PROGRAM ALERT!! YOUTH FLAG FOOTBALL BOOT CAMP (AGES 6-8). Join us for a fun, seven-week instructional class focused on flag football skills while promoting teamwork and sportsmanship!
Summer Leagues
Summer Leagues are a cherished tradition at the YMCA of the Chippewa Valley, so gather your teammates. We can't wait to see you at the Y this summer!
Volleyball Leagues

Middle School League: For girls entering 7th and 8th grades. We hope your team will join us!

High School League: For girls entering 9th grade and above!

NEW PROGRAM ALERT!! SUMMER COED 4’s VOLLEYBALL LEAGUE (ages 18+). Teams must have a minimum of four players, with a standard format of two males and two females on the court.
Basketball Leagues

3 v 3 League: Ideal for teams entering 5th & 6th grades.

Middle School Girls League: Open to teams entering 7th and 8th grades.

High School League: For girls entering 9th grade and above!

College Women’s League: The Western Wisconsin Women’s Basketball League offers female players the chance to enhance their skills during the summer. Open to all women who have graduated high school. Please note that current D1 scholarship players are not eligible due to NCAA regulations. Teams will play two games each night.

Open Gym Volleyball
YMCA Sports Center
Join us select evenings for open gym volleyball! We will have three nets set up for pick up games and general practice. Nets can be adjusted to a preferred height!

WHO: 16+ years old or fusion members

The L.E. Phillips YMCA Sports Center is a 48,000 sq ft building including a Turf Arena, Sport Court Arena, and a Gymnastics space. This facility also includes 2 meeting rooms and a pleasurable viewing area. By being a member of the YMCA of the Chippewa Valley, you receive specialty pricing on all of our programs and activities.

The Sports Center offers Adult leagues, Youth Programming, Family Programs, and Special Events.

We provide walk-in weekly programming for families to grow together such as Family Fun Zone (0-5) and Family Night (all ages).

We are host to over 700 gymnasts each year.

Childcare – we serve 230+ children every summer and over 200 children in our Before and After care programs on the Southside.
