Access Your Account/Online Registration

Click below to access or make changes to your YMCA account.

For current members who would like to register online, please set up your online account prior to the registration date. Do this by clicking below. 


You will be asked to enter your email address or phone number associated with your account. If you are a current member or have previously enrolled in a YMCA program, your account should be located by entering that information. If your account is unable to be found or is not unique, please contact our Member Service Desk at (715)723-2201 (CF) or (715)836-8460 (EC) or email us for assistance. Do not create an account if you are a current member, this will make you a non-member so the pricing and registration dates will be incorrect. If your name information is found, please follow the prompted steps.

If you are new to the YMCA and have never registered for a program, please select the ‘Sign Up’ option in the upper right-hand corner of the page. Choose your location and desired membership type. If you would like to create an account as a non-member, please scroll to the bottom of the membership page and you will see

‘Non-Member’ as an option. If you are in need of assistance, please contact our Member Service Desk at (715)723-2201 (CF) or (715)836-8460 (EC) or email us.

YMCA Mobile App

Our Y app puts all the tools you need for a healthier lifestyle right in the palm of your hand. With the latest version of our app, you can:

  • Scan into any branch using the app, touchless!

  • Find group exercise classes based on branch, activity type, or instructor

  • Reserve a space in a group exercise class or lap pool lane

  • Register for upcoming programs

  • See building hours

  • Receive notifications, such as schedule changes, inclement weather, and facility updates (users must enable push notifications)

All from one convenient mobile app. Download the YMCA fitness app from the iTunes store or Google Play today! Follow the instructions below to get set up on our mobile app correctly!

  1. Use the direct links provided ( iTunes store or Google Play) or open your App Store and search and install the apps "Daxko".

  2. Once the download is complete, open the Daxko app.

  3. ALLOW Push Notifications 

  4. Type "Chippewa" in the search bar then select "YMCA of the Chippewa Valley"

  5. Go through the app tutorial 

  6. Add Your Membership Card

    1. Select "Cards" on the bottom menu

    2. Select "Add New Card" in the upper right corner

    3. Enter Member Name

    4. Select the "Scan Card" button and take a picture of your membership card barcode. 

    5.  OR ask the Member Service Desk for your barcode number and enter it in. 
      Click “SAVE

  7.  Set Preferences: Click “MORE” in the lower right-hand corner

    1. Select “PREFERENCES” at the very bottom

    2. Click “NOTIFICATIONS” - select your home branch

    3. Turn on the switch for:

      1. General: Facility Issues & Closures

      2. Child Care: Child Care & SACC Updates

      3. Programs: Updates on Registered Programs

      4. Schedules: Free program and Class Updates

  8. You can switch between the Chippewa Falls and Eau Claire branches by selecting your desired branch under “MORE” and clicking “LOCATIONS” or by clicking on the YMCA name in the white bar on the top of your app home screen.

At the Y, staff, and volunteers go to great lengths to outline all rules and policies to ensure the comfort and safety of you, your family and other members. Because it is impossible to foresee or communicate every situation that may arise, we reserve the right to amend or add a policy/operating rule to ensure the safety and comfort for all. We understand that consistency among our Y's is a cornerstone of our business practice and want you to be met with the same guidelines, regardless of which locations you visit. However, due to varying facility designs, space and amenities, from time to time, you may see a variation to a rule or policy between locations. Please contact the executive director or membership director at any of our Y's if you have any questions.
