Parents will assist their child through a series of stations, obstacle courses, and activities on all 4 gymnastics apparatus.
Tumble Tots | Age 3 (Parent As Needed)
Join other preschool aged children for our tumble tots gymnastics class that provides basic gymnastics progressions taught on each apparatus. Children will be encouraged to follow multi-step directions during this explorative gymnastics class; including stretching, jumping, rolling, balancing, and swinging along with communicating with peers and taking turns. These classes are for children who are 3 years old and parent assistance is welcome as needed.
Big Shots | Age 4-5
Join other preschool aged children for Big Shots, our gymnastics class for 4- and 5-year-olds not yet enrolled in kindergarten. Children will practice basic gymnastics skills as they navigate through a variety of warm-up activities, stretches and station circuits designed to improve strength and body awareness. This class is intended to prepare children for our school-age progressive class program.
Hot Shots | Age 3-5
This one-hour class is offered by invitation only and is designed for children who have the strength and flexibility to learn more advanced skills. Students should have mastered basic gymnastics skills and be good listeners. Don’t worry, there will be plenty of time for fun!

Team building activities are planned throughout the year in addition to competitions.
New members can join the team from Advanced Intermediate, or other programs in April, June, and August.
