Celebrate BIG at the YMCA

Throw your next birthday party at the Y! You can customize your celebration for guests of all ages to include sports, games, bounce houses, Nerf blasters, gymnastics and more! Our staff will help you plan every detail and be there to ensure a fun and hassle-free event. Celebrate with friends and family in an environment where laughter and joy are guaranteed!

PLEASE NOTE: As of January 1, 2027, all birthday parties will be held at the YMCA Sports Center in Eau Claire only.
No new reservations will be taken at Chippewa Falls or Eau Claire Downtown locations as of 9/10/2026.
Existing reservations are being honored at those locations through Dec. 31.

    • 9-11 AM, 11 AM-1 PM, 1-3 PM, 3-5 PM & 5-7 PM.

    • Times are subject to change monthly due to programming and league schedules.​

  • Other days and times during the school year may be available depending on program offerings.

Host a 2-hour party with no guest limit! You choose between the Turf Field or Gymnastics space. Packages include 1.5 hours of private arena time that may be used for soccer, flag football, open play, or any fun game you choose. Other options include large bouncy balls, riding toys, hula hoops and big parachute. It’s your private arena and the best part is...no messy clean up! Friday Rental in Party Room

Package Includes:

  • Limit to 15 kids

  • Exclusive use of Party Room

  • WILL be an option on Friday Family Nights

  • Unlimited time on the turf and back court during Family Night from 5-8 PM. Family Night runs September- May and includes 2 inflatables, various lawn games, and a variety of sport balls on the turf, plus open play on our back court.​

Fee: $50 per hour

Summer Party

June-August

  • Fridays only, 6:30-8:30 PM

  • 2 hours in party room and 1.5 hours on Turf or Gymnastics

  • No guest limits! Party Room fits 30- 40 comfortably.

  • Food, drink and paper products not included.

Optional Enhancements 

  • Nerf Blaster Party! You bring the blasters, we have the darts! - $30 additional charge.

  • Gymnastics parties require a supervisor ($30 fee).

  • Crayon Inflatable (5 and under) - $50

  • Obstacle Course Inflatable – $75

  • Extra Hour of Play or Extra play space (Gymnastics or Turf)- $100

*Party hosts are responsible for the supervision of the children that attend the party​​

  • A $100 non-refundable/non-transferable deposit is required to reserve your date and time. The remaining balance and applicable sales tax is due the day of the party, upon arrival.

  • Refunds will not be given for inclement weather or other conflicts. As long as the facility remains open, all parties are scheduled as booked (weather-related closings remain at the discretion of the Sports Center and are in no way related to other area school or other business closings).

  • A waiver form will be located just inside the designated party room and must be signed for all participants, upon arrival.

  • Parents and children both count towards the guest total.
