Throwing a birthday party at the Y is an unforgettable experience, now available at three of our locations! With a variety of activities tailored for guests of all ages, you can customize your celebration to include swimming, sports, games, and more. Our dedicated staff will help you plan every detail, ensuring a fun and hassle-free event. Choose from themed packages, snacks, and decorations to make the day truly special. Celebrate with friends and family in a lively, supportive environment where laughter and joy are guaranteed!

Celebrate your big day at the YMCA and make it one to remember! When you host your birthday party at the Chippewa Falls YMCA, your party will get use of the Community Room and can choose between a Swim Party or Gym Party. Swim Party
Swim Package Includes:

2 ½ hours of party time with up to 30 minutes of prep time

Private space reserved for your group to play games, have cake and unwrap gifts!

1 Hour of Pool Use - this party must be booked far enough in advance to secure an extra Lifeguard
Fee: Members $125 | Non-Members $225

Gym Party
Gym Package Includes:

2 ½ hours of party time with up to 30 minutes of prep time

Private space reserved for your group to play games, have cake and unwrap gifts!
-
45 minutes of ½ of the Gym reserved for free play.

Different activities available for your party to use.
Fee: Members $125 | Non-Members $225
*Party hosts are responsible for the supervision of the children that attend the party

Limit of 16 children.

YMCA does not provide food. You are allowed to bring in your own food and cake choice. Alcohol is prohibited.

A contract must be signed before final confirmation of party.

Birthday parties can be reserved up to 8 weeks in advance.

Staff is not provided - guest MUST clean up after themselves or additional cleaning fee of $100 will be added to your bill. This includes wiping all tables/chairs, placing garbage in the garbage cans, breaking down all cardboard, sweeping of the party room, removal and disposal of all personal decorations, and putting the space back the way you found it.

If you choose to use confetti - it MUST be cleaned up before departure.

Host a 2 hour party for up to 30 people! You choose between the Turf Field or Gymnastics space. Packages include 1.5 hour private arena time that may be used for soccer, flag football, open play, or any fun game you choose. Other options include large bouncy balls, riding toys, hula hoops and big parachute. It’s your private arena and the best part is...no messy clean up! Super Package Includes:

Unlimited time on the turf and back court during Family Night from 5-8 PM. Family Night includes 2 inflatables, various lawn games, and a variety of sport balls on the turf, plus open play on our back court.
Fee: $50 per hour

Nerf Blaster Party! You bring the blasters, we have the darts! - $30 additional charge.

GYMNASTICS PARTIES! You pick the party package. Gymnastics parties require a supervisor ($30 fee).

Additional Information:

A $100 non-refundable/non-transferable deposit is required to reserve your date and time. The remaining balance and applicable sales tax is due the day of the party, upon arrival.

Refunds will not be given for inclement weather or other conflicts. As long as the facility remains open, all parties are scheduled as booked (weather-related closings remain at the discretion of the Sports Center and are in no way related to other area school or other business closings).

A waiver form will be located just inside the designated party room and must be signed for all participants, upon arrival.

Parents and children both count towards the guest total.
