About the Role
The EGYM Wellness Trainer is primarily responsible for overseeing the successful onboarding, scheduling, and ongoing utilization of our EGYM smart strength equipment. This role ensures members have a smooth, engaging, and consistent EGYM experience by managing onboarding requests, appointments, and follow-ups.
While EGYM management is the core responsibility, this position also requires a current Personal Training certification to support personal training clients as needed. Personal training is a secondary responsibility and not the primary focus of the role.
Schedule EGYM onboarding sessions for members, including assessments and equipment setup.
Schedule any follow-ups requested by members after their initial onboarding.
Assist with personal training as needed, wellness consultations, and equipment orientations (Secondary Role)
