It’s easier to stay inspired when you join a MOVEment! Join our 12 weeks of MOVEment starting May 17 thought August 8!

Our weekly goal is to move 150 minutes per week—and remember, all movement counts. Walk, stretch, swim, lift, dance, play… it all adds up! Mark your goal race distance for the Pure Water Days Races on the tracker then log your movement for the 12 weeks leading up to race day. Every week you hit this goal, you will be entered to win cool prizes. 12 weeks of movement = 12 chances to win but you can join anytime!

At the end of the 12 weeks, join us at the races to celebrate your commitment to moving all summer long. Bring your completed tracker to the Pure Water Days Races for a chance to win some cool prizes—and to celebrate showing up for your body and your health.

All trackers will be collected during the race and/or at the branches from August 8–15! You don’t have to attend the Pure Water Days races to complete the challenge, but it’s strongly encouraged.
