VOLLEYBALL
Year-Round
Chair Volleyball
Kick off your Friday morning with a blend of enjoyment, movement, and camaraderie! Chair Volleyball is a low-impact, inclusive activity that allows participants to remain seated while engaging in a modified version of volleyball. This program is an excellent opportunity to enhance coordination, mobility, and teamwork within a supportive and vibrant atmosphere. Suitable for all ability levels—come prepared to laugh, connect, and get active!

This class builds on core volleyball skills with an emphasis on consistency and game understanding. Players will refine passing, setting, hitting, serving, and defensive skills while learning rotations, court awareness, and team systems. The goal is to strengthen fundamentals and prepare athletes for competitive play.

Coed 4's Volleyball League
This coed 4s volleyball league is designed for teams looking for competitive and fun summer play. Teams will compete in a structured league format with at least eight games throughout the season.
Half of the matches will be played as traditional coed 4s on a men�s height net. The other half will be played as pure reverse 4s on a women�s height net, adding variety and a unique competitive element to the season.
Non members are required to purchase the Summer Play In Fee in order to participate.

"Over a number of years, the YMCA has been offering Summer Volleyball Leagues to students in and around the Eau Claire area. This league is designed to allow teams from both near and far the opportunity to play a game they enjoy while improving both their individual and team skills.
Players who register individually will be placed on a team when possible or combined with other individual registrants to form a team. Over a number of years, the YMCA has been offering Summer Volleyball Leagues to students in and around the Eau Claire area. This league is designed to allow teams from both near and far the opportunity to play a game they enjoy while improving both their individual and team skills.
Each team is guaranteed at least 10 matches, with double headers scheduled each league night to maximize competition and development.
This league is for girls entering 9th grade and above in the 26-27 school year. We hope that your team will join us this summer."
