VOLLEYBALL

Fall 1 2026

Volley Ballers

This class introduces the basic skills of volleyball in a fun and supportive environment. Players will learn passing, serving, basic hitting form, and movement on the court. The focus is on fundamentals, teamwork, and building confidence while learning the game.

Aces Volleyball League (5th/6th)

This 8-week YMCA Volleyball League is offered to all 5th and 6th grade girls from Eau Claire and the surrounding area. This league is ideal for beginning volleyball players who have an interest in moving beyond instructional volleyball into game play. Players sign up individually and are placed on teams according to where they live, go to school and other general requests. We welcome and encourage participation by players and teams from outside communities. Volunteer coaches are needed!

Adult Coed Volleyball League - Team Registration

Grab your team and join us for Adult Coed Volleyball at the YMCA Sports Center! This 6 versus 6 league is a fun and competitive option for adults looking to play organized volleyball in a relaxed league environment. Players may register as individuals or as a full team. Each team should have a minimum of 6 players and a maximum of 12 players. The league has a maximum of 16 teams. Games are played on Wednesday nights, with game start times scheduled no earlier than 6:00 p.m. The number of weeks in the season is equal to the minimum number of guaranteed games. YMCA members and nonmembers are welcome to play! Nonmembers registering with a team must purchase a $15 play in fee. Individual signups do not need to purchase a separate play in fee, even if they are nonmembers. All payments are non refundable unless an individual registrant is not placed on a team or there is not enough interest to form an individual signup team. In that case, the individual registrant will be refunded. Early Bird Discount: Team Pricing is $175 ending on August 12.

Chair Volleyball

Kick off your Friday morning with a blend of enjoyment, movement, and camaraderie! Chair Volleyball is a low-impact, inclusive activity that allows participants to remain seated while engaging in a modified version of volleyball. This program is an excellent opportunity to enhance coordination, mobility, and teamwork within a supportive and vibrant atmosphere. Suitable for all ability levels—come prepared to laugh, connect, and get active!
