LIVESTRONG® at the YMCA is a free 12-week evidence-based program, tailored to the specific needs of adult cancer survivors who would like to improve their quality of life before, during, and after treatment. We offer small group sessions to connect participants to other cancer survivors looking to reclaim their lives. Our certified instructors and personal trainers have undergone specialized training in the elements of cancer, rehabilitative exercise, and supportive cancer care. During the 12 weeks, instructors will guide participants in developing their own health and wellness program, including strength, cardiovascular endurance, balance,  and flexibility. After completing and submitting this form, the LIVESTRONG Program Coordinator will contact you with additional information and answer any additional questions. A  FREE one year family membership is included with this program.

Our Youth Basketball Class is designed for 6 to 8 year olds and 9 to 11 year olds who are ready to build their skills and confidence on the court. Players will work on basketball fundamentals such as dribbling, passing, shooting, defense, spacing, teamwork, and game awareness through fun drills and age appropriate activities. This class is a great opportunity for kids to learn the game, stay active, and continue developing in a positive and encouraging environment. Off Thanksgiving week.

Join us for Adult Basketball at the YMCA! This 5 versus 5 league is a great way to stay active, compete, and enjoy organized basketball in a fun league setting. Players may register as individuals or as a full team. Each team should have a minimum of 5 players and a maximum of 12 players. The league has a maximum of 12 teams. Games are played on Thursday nights, with game start times scheduled between 5:30 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. The number of weeks in the season is equal to the minimum number of guaranteed games. YMCA members and nonmembers are welcome to play! Nonmembers registering with a team must purchase a $15 play in fee. Individual signups do not need to purchase a separate play in fee, even if they are nonmembers. All payments are non refundable unless an individual registrant is not placed on a team or there is not enough interest to form an individual signup team. In that case, the individual registrant will be refunded.
