About the Role
The Youth/Adult Soccer Referee is responsible for officiating YMCA Sports Center soccer games in a fair, safe, and professional manner. This position will enforce game rules, manage game flow, communicate effectively with players and coaches, and help create a positive and enjoyable experience for all participants. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of soccer, confidence making decisions, and the ability to work well with youth and adult players.
Key Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years old to apply
We are looking for a hard worker who is passionate and knowledgeable about the game of Soccer
Past referee experience preferred, but not required
