Shift Availability:
20-25 hrs/wk. 6:00 PM - 10:30 PM. May be scheduled Monday through Sunday.
About the Role
Are you looking for a fun and flexible part-time job? The Menomonie East YMCA is now hiring for facility attendants!
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Customer service
Answer phone calls and assist with facility inquiries
Give facility tours to prospective members and guests
Monitor the facility to ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment
Maintain organization and cleanliness throughout the facility
Facility walkthroughs
Support facility operations and general upkeep
Complete all facility closing procedures at the end of each shift
Key Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years old
Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
Strong customer service and communication skills
Personable, professional, and trustworthy
Strong attention to detail
Ability to perform moderate cleaning tasks
Ability to lift and carry supplies as needed
Comfortable interacting with members of all ages
Previous customer service, custodial, maintenance, or facility operations experience preferred, but not required
