About the Role

Lifeguards ensure a safe, positive environment by supervising swimmers, preventing accidents, and responding to emergencies. All lifeguards employed by the YMCA may have to work at the indoor and outdoor pools. The YMCA of the Chippewa Valley is an equal opportunity employer

Key Qualifications

  • Must be 15 years old or older

  • Strong communication and a commitment to safety

  • Must be able to swim
