About the Role
The YMCA Early Learning Community - Chippewa Falls is searching for a part-time float teacher! This is a great position for college students, or moms, you set your availably and can change season to season. Great entry level position for education majors or those with kids!
Morning and Afternoon shifts available! Learning opportunities for new teaching staff to become qualified Lead Teachers. Floats support classrooms in regular teacher absences, breaks and any other needs to the children as directed.

Key Qualifications
Must be 18 years with a high school diploma or equivalent
Early Childhood Education classes are a plus Experience working with children
Willing to participate in furthering childcare education courses paid for by the YMCA
Positive attitude, good communication skills, team player and professional
Enjoy being around kids, reliable and adaptable
