Key Qualifications
Must be 18 years with a high school diploma or equivalent
Early Childhood Education classes are a plus
Experience working with children preferably in a childcare setting.
Willing to participate in furthering childcare education courses paid for by the YMCA
Positive attitude, good communication skills, team player and professional
Enjoy being around kids, reliable and adaptable
