A senior training group generally for high school swimmers ages 13-18, organized by prior development and training experience. Gold swimmers train at a high level and prepare to perform their best at major meets through increased training volume, intensity, and race-focused preparation.

Note: CF Gold and EC Gold will swim together at EC Northstar Middle School on Tuesdays and CF Middle School on Thursdays
