Designed for middle school girls with at least one year of organized basketball experience, this class focuses on advancing individual skills and basketball IQ in a fast-paced, practice-style environment. Players will work on ball handling, shooting, passing, footwork, defense, and game situations through high-energy drills and coached scrimmages. Each session is run like a team practice, emphasizing skill development, teamwork, decision-making, and competitive play.
