Junior Elite ages 9-12:
For entry into this group swimmers should be able to know all four competitive strokes. The Junior Elite group will still focus mainly on technique of all four strokes. This group should have the endurance to be able to complete at least 100 at a time of freestyle and backstroke as well as a 50 at a time of breaststroke and butterfly.
