Adult Flag Football League - Team Registration Session Information: Wednesday, November 4-December 16, 2026 Location: YMCA Sports Center Register Now! < Back Adult Flag Football League - Team Registration Get your team together for Adult Flag Football at the YMCA Sports Center! This 5 versus 5 league is a great option for adults looking for a fun, competitive, and active league experience. Players may register as individuals or as a full team. Each team should have a minimum of 5 players and a maximum of 12 players. The league has a maximum of 10 teams. Games are played on Wednesday nights, with game start times scheduled between 5:30 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. The number of weeks in the season is equal to the minimum number of guaranteed games. YMCA members and nonmembers are welcome to play! Nonmembers registering with a team must purchase a $15 play in fee. Individual signups do not need to purchase a separate play in fee, even if they are nonmembers. All payments are non refundable unless an individual registrant is not placed on a team or there is not enough interest to form an individual signup team. In that case, the individual registrant will be refunded.Early Bird Discount: Team Pricing is $350 ending on October 7. NO games the week of Thanksgiving. Instructors will guide participants to improve strength and flexibility and lay a foundation of basic gymnastics skills and important body positions. Skills include: forward/backward rolls, cartwheels, bridges & handstands on floor; kick pullovers, swinging & casting on bars; balance skills, jumps & dismounts on beam; running, hurdles, and jumping up on vault. This class invites children aged 7+ who are new to gymnastics to join us for an introduction to the sport.
