This class is designed for 10-13 year olds and focuses on improving the physical fitness and athletic abilities of young participants through a variety of exercises and training techniques. The class typically includes age-appropriate workouts designed to enhance strength and flexibility while promoting proper movement patterns and injury prevention. The program is designed to cater to different skill levels, allowing kids to progress at their own pace while learning about fitness and maintaining an active lifestyle.
